My name is Bill Kinder, and I was born right here in Rapid City, South Dakota.  My 20 years as a real estate investor, and being a landlord in Rapid City, have provided me with a thorough vantage point of our city's real estate market.  I began assisting Buyers and Sellers as an agent fulltime back in 2014.  My Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation has helped me to specialize in helping families find the next right home for them.

I am a proud member of the EXIT Realty Black Hills team.  I chose to become a part of EXIT Realty Black Hills, because my values align with the values of our mission statement: "At EXIT Realty Black Hills, we put people before business, and provide our REALTORS the tools to give the best possible service to our clients".

When I am not busy in the office, I enjoy seeing family and hiking in the beautiful Black Hills.  I have raised two amazing children, that over the years have kept me joyfully busy with coaching sports, school activities, and homework.
