Michael Alley, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Black Hills represents a change from the traditional REALTOR®. As an active member of his community helping people buy or sell property is simply an extension of his community involvement. Michael opened the first South Dakota EXIT REALTY franchise, EXIT REALTY BLACK HILLS/Rapid City, in February of 2005. We continue to grow and added an office in Deadwood in May of 2017.  We serve the Black Hills cities of Belle Fourche, Spearfish, Lead, Deadwood, Sturgis, Saint Onge, Whitewood, Piedmont, Summerset, Black Hawk, Nemo, Hill City, Keystone, Custer, Hermosa, Edgemont and Hot Springs. We are affiliated with EXIT Realty Upper Midwest.
